DELIVERY TERMS
Our online pricing is valid for
orders and deliveries being made within the United Kingdom.
If you wish to order from us and live in the European
Union or the U.S.A, please contact us at any of our contact
details prior to placing an order to confirm if there
will be any additional shipping costs.
If your order is urgent, please contact us to confirm availability prior to
placing your order. Once dispatched, it is the responsibility of the relevant
courier service to deliver the package to your delivery address. Product deliveries
will always need to be signed for. Please provide a delivery address where
someone will be available to sign for the package.
Note: If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied, we reserve the right
to charge for any extra carriage costs that may be incurred.
RETURNS
We operate a "no quibble" 7
day guarantee which means that if for any reason you
are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to
us provided that it is in its original condition (unopened
and with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 7 days
of the date you received the item and that no attempt
has been made to install the unit. The return address

On receipt we will issue a full refund for the goods only, limited to the price
paid. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded
delivery service to return the product, as we do not offer any refunds in the
absence of returned product. Please note that we only accept the return of
opened items if they are faulty.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault develops in the first 7
days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods
once the faulty goods have been returned and verified by us. If your product
becomes faulty during its remaining warranty period, please follow the warranty
returns procedure detailed separately under “warranty”

All information is collected lawfully and in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998
LIABILITY
A Parking Angel reversing aid
is strictly a driver assistance device. It should not
be considered as a safety device for any other purpose.
It is not a substitute for driver responsibility when
operating a vehicle. Please follow all local laws when
reversing your vehicle. Manufacturer and distributors
of Parking Angel vehicle reversing aids do not guarantee
or assume liability for any "collisions or damages" that
take place when reversing your vehicle.
The liability of Parking Angel and its distributors is limited solely to the
repair or replacement of this product. All liability for consequential damages,
breach of any express or implied warranties including merchantability or fitness
for purpose, is expressly disclaimed. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights.
Neither Parking Angel nor its distributors (Hereinafter, collectively, ‘Parking
Angel’) will be liable for any claims, actions, suits proceedings, costs,
expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of the use of this product. The
sole undertaking of Parking Angel is limited to providing the product as services
outlined herein in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The provision
of products sold and services provided to the Customer shall not be interpreted,
construed or regarded, either expressly or implied, as being for the benefit
of or creating any obligation toward, any third party or legal entity outside
of Parking Angel, its authorised distributor and the Customer. The responsibility
of Parking Angel extends only to the Customer.
PARKING ANGEL’S LIABILITY FOR
DAMAGES HEREUNDER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OR ACTION, SHALL
NOT EXCEED THE FEES OR OTHER CHARGES PAID TO PARKING ANGEL
BY THE CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER’S DEALER. PARKING ANGEL
SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO: LOST INCOME, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST PROFIT,
WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR NOT AT THE TIME
OF PURCHASE AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARISE OUT OF
A BREACH OF WARRANTY, A BREACH OF AGREEMENT, NEGLIGENCE,
STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.
GENERAL
1. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
2. The prices shown are for customers with delivery addresses in the United
Kingdom. Outside of this area, prices will be calculated using the UK price
with the exchange rate at the time of transaction, and any additional carriage
costs for international shipping.
3. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be
decided only by the courts of Scotland.
4. We accept no liability for damage or direct, indirect, or consequential
loss resulting from improper installation of this product, infringement of
the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty or injury or loss resulting from
accidents whether or not any parking system is in use at the time.
5. Placing an order with us confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions
and limitation of any liability for products supplied by us as defined here
and in our warranty section.
6. Your personal information is only captured for the purposes of processing
your order and any subsequent product warranty activities; Your details are
never used for marketing purposes or passed to other organisations.
7. Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate
as possible, we reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to alter the
price of our products. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances,
customers will be informed of the change and offered the opportunity to cancel
the order.
8. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Cooling-off Period. By law, you have the right to
withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after
the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off
period, please securely package the item and return it to us with the original
documentation and a note giving the reason for the return as "contract
cancellation". Please ensure that we receive it within seven working days
of the day after the date the item was originally delivered to you. The return
