Parking Angel
By using a combination of the Standard
and Custom systems the Professional Parking Angel offers
a reversing aid for
the primary vehicle that can be up-graded to RF when towing
a trailer or caravan. The 4 digital sensors are individually
flush mounted into a suitable location on the rear of the
primary vehicle. The trailer installation uses the one-piece
or two-piece water-resistant 'profile' found in the standard
system. A single receiver unit in the primary vehicle then
works with or without a trailer attached.
When the primary vehicle is connected
to a trailer, the receiver inside the vehicle will learn
the unique code
from the trailer’s ‘profile’ strip and
disable the primary vehicles sensors so they do not detect
the trailer. When reverse gear is selected, the receiver
communicates with the transmitter in the 'profile' on the
trailer and warns the driver of objects detected behind
the trailer. When operating without a trailer the receiver
will relearn the code for the primary vehicle’s sensors.
The Professional Parking Angel is a complete kit that includes
4 digital sensors, transmitter, portable receiver and fixing
accessories.
Parking Angel is suitable for cars, caravans, trailers,
MPV, 4x4’s, motorhomes, light & heavy goods
vehicles and has been fully tested and approved for use
in European and US markets.
